The Atlas guys did a great job in skillfully cleaning two drain lines—one very slow, the other completely plugged in—and the garage flooded. They used water pressure technology and took enough time to make sure that the lines were completely clear and the flood water receded. The job scheduling over the phone was easy. The guys arrived on time. I would highly recommend Atlas service.

Luis Ramirez hydrojetted my main line and he did an excellent job. I like his patient, customer-friendly working attitude, answered my questions with reasonable facts, really looked into the specific clogging situation, and suggested hydrojetting. After cleaning, I requested a camera check of the draining pipe to make sure it was clear and to know the existing condition/problem of the pipeline. He set up the camera, we watched the video, and he explained and answered my questions during the video in detail. Lucky I chose Atlas and it sent Luis to help.
