Could not recommend Atlas more! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Their communication is unmatched and they do great work. Santos has worked with us on a few different situations in our new home - some emergency (garage filling up from a backed up pipes) and some scheduled (installing a new toilet or clearing out our drains). He is always so professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered and gets in touch with us quickly if we have questions after he's left.
The overall customer service is fantastic as well. I'm always able to connect with someone over the phone or by text very quickly. They really make stressful situations, like a burst pipe or a garage filling up with sewage water, feel a bit less stressful. Their pricing is very reasonable and worth it for the level of professional service! We will always be Atlas Plumbing & Rooter customers!!

We recently had an issue at my restaurant where water was slowly draining. I called a few plumbers who were local to my area. Atlas Plumbing was the only company who was able to get here within the hour. I spoke to the representative over the phone who clearly understood my problem and assured me they could get it fixed for me. Nick was the technician who came out. He walked me through each step before he did the work and let me know the cost before I gave him the green light. Nick suggested snaking the line plus a hydro jet to clear it out. The floor drain was back to normal within 30 minutes. I know who I'm calling when I have any future issues!

Impressive Response and Execution
We had a pipe burst unexpectedly in our front yard this morning and needed an immediate response to help fix this. Using Yelp's AI, we were plugged into 5 different service options and Atlas responded in minutes. After a couple of messages, they were able to make it out to our place within the half hour. Nelson was able to assess the problem, give a great price, and immediately start working on it. It looked like a tougher job than most since the previous owners of our house had stucco'd over the fixture. Within a couple of hours, the job was done and water was flowing back through our house. I was very impressed with the response time, professionalism, and execution time. The next time we have a plumbing issue, Atlas will definitely be at the top of the list for who we are going to call.

Thank you, Santos, for the fast emergency service. I called Atlas office for a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. Santos was there within the hour and found the problem from a leaky toilet from the upstairs unit, repaired the problem, with reasonable price and friendly service.

I had an urgent plumbing issue, and Atlas came out the same day for me. The tech was great. Explained my options, educated me on what went wrong and what to do next time, and fixed the problem. The most impressive... he cleaned more than half the bathroom floor after he was done working... and this place is under renovations with a bathroom floor that was filthy LONG before he got there. He was just very meticulous about doing a good job. I will be calling them again next time I have any kind of plumbing problem.
