We called Atlas for a plugged kitchen sink. Kevin came out and worked on the sink for over 2 hours, not giving up and had success at last. They were responsive within a couple hours of the call and did a fantastic job.

Nelson deserves more than 5 stars! Dec 3, 2025

Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using three different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.

We had a leak late Sunday night because a hose, which broke from our dishwasher. Contacted Atlas early Monday morning. They got back to us promptly and had two technicians out fairly quickly. Nelson and Carlos were great. Found the problem immediately and fixed it, as well as helping fix another problem with the dishwasher. We will now consider Atlas Plumbing our go-to company for any plumbing issues.

Called on Sunday when they were closed and they called me back first thing Monday morning and made an appointment for the same day. Arrived on time, gave estimate, and said they would do work that same day, but after checking with office said they would do it the following day. Arrived next morning and completed work by noon. Quality work done well and completed everything I needed and cleaned up after completely. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I need further plumbing service.

This is the second time I’ve used Atlas Plumbing and Rooter. This Diamond Certified company does an excellent job of fixing plumbing problems. I had a bathtub drain leakage that was dripping water into the garage. I called Atlas Plumbing and Rooter to assess the problem. They found the problem to be an old tub drain fixture. They provided me with an estimate the same day. I approved the estimate and work commenced on a selected date. Work was done in accordance with the estimate. I was very happy with their work and materials used to correct the leakage problem.

We had an excellent, positive experience with Atlas Plumbing to have our 100+ year old sewer line (terra cotta pipe!) that runs under our neighbor’s house replaced. I had a toilet that needed installation. The price was the same as other bids I received. The other plumbing agencies were also very good with professionalism. However, Atlas Plumbing & Rooter was the only plumber that, when giving an estimate, came within a very quick time and short wait. One of the other companies' plumbers missed the date, and I had to reschedule. The two companies made me wait a few days, the other a 4-hour window. Atlas Plumbing & Rooter's short window and on-time service were helpful. Second, Vladimir Alvarez was so trustworthy and honest. I really appreciated him. He stated he could install the toilet based on my problem described right away. I did not have to reschedule for another appointment like with other companies. He recommended a better toilet, but alas, I already bought one and had it ready. When he was installing the new toilet, he noted a defect in the porcelain of the bowl. The price did go up for the plumber's rate for his time, which is fair. But I only have one toilet and needed his service immediately with no toilet. He went with me to the store, helped me open the new box in the store, and waited while I paid. I could not stay then with him since I needed to go to work. I felt so confident and trusting in Vladimir that I left my house. When I arrived home after work, the toilet job was complete, and the bathroom clean. Yes, based on this simple project and positive results, I would endorse Atlas Plumbing & Rooter.

Have used Atlas Plumbing three times now: (1) Clogged P Trap (too many potato skins, big party) (1) Maintenance on Tankless Water Heater (annual, "cleaning"~flushing, filters, descaling) (1) Installation of new S/O valve for waterline to Refrigerator, follow-up visit to connect new waterline to new Refrigerator. Quality plumbers doing good work, competitive and very reliable. It is a pleasure to do business with them, very responsive. Rates are reasonable (**** out of 5), but as with most job prices (cost +), things add up quickly. This is more the nature of the beast, that is, when you have old remodel (not new construction), code compliance in construction or ad hoc, or deferred maintenance, it is expensive. I recommend ATLAS, good plumbers. This is for the business Atlas Plumbing & Rooter.

I've had Atlas Plumbing & Rooter work on several plumbing issues, and they do a great job every time! They've replaced a damaged clay sewer lateral with a new PVC pipe. Repaired a stalled garbage disposal unit and fixed an issue with the bathroom where the shower water wasn't getting as hot as the sink in the same bathroom. They respond very quickly and do a wonderful job!

Great service. When I called, they said someone could come out between 1-2, and I said fine. They called back later and could send someone out between 10:30-11:30. He showed up 15 minutes later. Needed a new toilet. Great job installing one. Have used Atlas Plumbing before and have been very satisfied. I wish I could remember the person’s name who did the work. He was great.

The Atlas guys did a great job in skillfully cleaning two drain lines—one very slow, the other completely plugged in—and the garage flooded. They used water pressure technology and took enough time to make sure that the lines were completely clear and the flood water receded. The job scheduling over the phone was easy. I contacted Atlas Plumbing Friday around lunchtime to fix a leaky showerhead at my gym, DIAKADI. They told me they were able to send someone out between 4 and 5 that afternoon to assess the problem. Vladimir showed up around 4:45. I showed him the issue (the screw inside the handle had disintegrated and I couldn't get it off) and he was able to saw off the handle and replace the faulty shut-off valve within the handle setup. He then added a new handle and cleaned up the area. He stuck around to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Vladimir was super professional, and the whole project was completed within about 30 minutes! I felt the pricing was fair and appreciated the quick response time! Will definitely use Atlas Plumbing again in the future.
